As a Strategic Sourcing Project Manager you will be responsible for developing strong and effective project plans and timelines. Reporting to the Sr Project Manager, you will leverage your experience to deliver significant value to the Strategic Sourcing team by managing the end-to-end strategic sourcing processes including third party risk, sustainability, supplier diversity, and audits.
In addition, you will:
- Support full reporting aspects – gathering, evaluating, and distributing
- Identify and evaluate diverse suppliers, with a goal of increasing the percentage of category spend with diverse suppliers
- Advocate for and track compliance
- Build project plans and timelines to ensure key milestones are being captured and met as it relates to assigned sourcing and contracting projects
- Effectively communicate status updates to key stakeholders, including timely identification and escalation/resolution of issues
- Participate actively to improve Sustainability, Supplier Diversity, and 3rd party Risk goals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain documentation processes
We’re excited about you if you have:
- 2+ years of strategic sourcing project management experience, with strong expertise in Supplier Sustainability, Supplier Diversity, and Third-Party Risk Management.
- Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to adapt and change quickly.
- A continuous learning mindset
- Ability to influence and drive change while building solid relationships with your internal clients and external suppliers.
- Excellent project and timeline management skills to manage sourcing projects end-to-end, from project intake, through onboarding to project closure and transition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal. Experience interfacing with senior-level stakeholders.
- Advanced analytics, excel, presentation, data visualization, and Sourcing tools skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.61 to $50.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
