Digital Specialist

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the E-Commerce team by ensuring seamless content creation and project execution. You will be instrumental in coordinating digital projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that meets market demands.

As a Digital Specialist I, you will:

• Assist full-time employees and consultants in creating and updating project briefs, ensuring clear communication and project scope.
• Coordinate photoshoots with agency partners, overseeing pre-production and post-production needs to ensure high-quality visual content.
• Manage product logistics for E-Commerce content production, including gathering, distributing, and sending products for packshots, textures, model castings, and photoshoots.
• Support the team with E-Commerce Guidelines and event planning, contributing to the timely execution of key initiatives, including Q4 releases.
• Manage purchase orders and invoices for the E-Commerce team, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Lead the creation of product detail page (PDP) copy briefs in collaboration with the Marketing team, driving compelling product descriptions.
• Own the end-to-end process of uploading assets to the database, including securing usage rights agreements for each asset.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong work ethic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in digital or content production.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
