Merchandising is a crucial part of our client’s customer experience, showcasing our Hero products, Services, and Accessories through best-in-class product displays, visual elements, marketing collateral, and window displays.  

Visual Merchandising Programs (VMP) manages the end-to-end process for product signage & graphics, window decals & displays, product presentation elements, and accessory experiences. This begins with briefing creative teams, continues through development & prototyping with cross functional partners and external vendors, and ends with flawless execution with field & store teams. Documentation including setup guides and installation instructions play a critical role in a project, allowing store teams to perform these tasks. 

Description 

We’re seeking a Project Manager (Contractor) to support our team of Producers responsible for delivering world-class merchandising elements that enhance the Retail customer journey. This role will play a crucial part in onboarding creative vendors and ensuring seamless planning and execution of store Setup & Installation Guides across global Retail stores. 

Key Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in project management, process development, and problem solving. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative or architectural agencies. 
  • Vendor management or creative/product development experience. 
  • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently. 
  • Self-motivated and independent, comfortable working during intense periods under tight deadlines. 
  • Have the proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, and to understand multiple points of view to drive results. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in productivity software – Keynote, Pages, Numbers. 
  • Experience with retail store environments and creative workflows is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and drive planning and execution of large, complex, and strategically significant store setup guides. 
  • Ensure consistent formatting, language, and structure across all guides.   
  • Partner with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard appropriate vendors for store Setup Guides. 
  • Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time execution. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving challenges as they arise. 
  • Verify installation steps and troubleshooting procedures for accuracy.   
  • Create processes to ensure documentation is current with new features, processes, or updates.   
  • Facilitate constant communication loop with Geo-based teams and Field Merchandising on feedback. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.12 to $65.69 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
