About the Role:
As a Marketing Analyst – Member Materials Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of Medicare member materials. This involves comparing PDF documents against source documentation to ensure the accuracy of benefit information, cost-sharing details, and plan explanations. Your work will directly contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of essential information to members.
Responsibilities:
- Proofread documents with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Compare materials against source documentation to identify discrepancies and variations.
- Utilize Excel and internal review software to track and manage QA processes.
- Analyze content for inconsistencies and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of member materials.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in proofreading and editing for accuracy.
- Experience comparing written materials against source documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn and utilize internal review software.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthcare plans and Medicare terminology.
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.62 to $29.58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
