As a Marketing Analyst – Member Materials Consultant, you will contribute directly to the development and review of critical member materials, impacting the lives of countless individuals navigating the complexities of healthcare. You will meticulously review and verify the accuracy of these documents, ensuring they clearly and concisely convey vital information about benefits, costs, and plan details. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of Medicare member materials, comparing them against source documentation.
- Verify the accuracy of benefit information, cost-sharing details, and plan explanations.
- Maintain a high level of precision and attention to detail while working independently and remotely.
- Utilize strong technical skills in Excel and adapt quickly to internal review software.
- Identify inconsistencies and variations in content across different documents.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely delivery of accurate materials.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to efficiently proofread documents for extended periods with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in written materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and adaptability to new software platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- General business acumen and understanding of healthcare plan terminology.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in understanding, reading, and analyzing health benefits.
- Background in quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Medicare terminology.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.62 to $29.58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
