About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to three Senior Directors. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from managing complex calendars and coordinating global travel arrangements to crafting impactful presentations and maintaining critical reports. You will be a trusted partner, anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars for three Senior Directors, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote, incorporating compelling graphics and text.
  • Produce, edit, and reformat documents and correspondence, maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts, department websites, shared drives, and SharePoint sites.
  • Provide support for department or equipment moves, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Prepare special reports by gathering information from various sources and compiling data into comprehensive Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintain ongoing reports and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative work experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse personalities, including senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with ambiguity and independence.
  • Impeccable organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Strong skills in Keynote, Illustrator, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to take initiative, follow through on requests, and maintain a keen attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with budgets.
  • Prior experience within the sports and fitness industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.18 to $24.65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
