About the Role:
As a Content Strategist, you will play a vital role in shaping user understanding and engagement with the platform. You will create, edit, and refine Help Center content, ensuring clarity and accessibility for a global audience. Your expertise will also be instrumental in optimizing content for Generative AI, contributing to the cutting edge of user support. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with teams ranging from Operations and Product Management to Legal and Engineering, streamlining complex information into user-friendly language.
 

Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, test, and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses.
• Create and refine content specifically designed for Generative AI integration.
• Implement and champion content standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex product and policy information.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.
• 6+ months of experience working with content for Generative AI.
• Proven critical thinking and editorial judgment for complex topics.
• Experience writing online help content and customer support responses for social media or mobile apps.
• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with content analytics tools and content management systems (CMS).
• Project management experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.51 to $61.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
