As a Software Engineer specializing in Qualtrics, you will spearhead the implementation and adoption of Qualtrics across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, design sophisticated surveys, develop custom dashboards and reports, implement automation workflows, oversee change management, and ensure quality assurance. Your deep understanding of Qualtrics will be instrumental in guiding teams, conducting training sessions, and showcasing the platform’s capabilities through compelling demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert Qualtrics consultation on survey design, execution, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop tailored survey projects.
  • Serve as the go-to Qualtrics expert, conducting demos and training sessions for teams across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver Qualtrics training programs for users with varying levels of experience.
  • Manage projects effectively, including scoping, scheduling, time management, and risk mitigation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Expert-level experience with Qualtrics, encompassing survey design, delivery, and data analysis.
  • Proven project management skills, including stakeholder management, meeting deadlines, and effective communication.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with APIs, SQL, Python, and data engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with AI technologies.
  • Construct data pipelines in tools like Databricks and snowflake. Using Python and SQL.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $66.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
