Overview:
The Field/Sales Marketing Professional will manage the development and deployment of prospect materials supporting Medicare Advantage acquisition strategy through agents. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in managing marketing materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to strict timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and deployment of multi-channel print and digital marketing communication tactics for prospect materials.
  • Own and contribute to key tactic deliverables, including flyers, brochures, and presentations, ensuring effectiveness and appropriateness for the target audience.
  • Review materials and processes to identify opportunities for streamlining, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the internal creative agency, legal and compliance teams, and business partners.
  • Manage timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of deliverables for large-scale programs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Marketing experience
  • Proven ability to think strategically and manage the development and deployment of marketing materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Nice to-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Medicare or healthcare marketing, or a similar highly-regulated industry (e.g., financial services)
  • B2B2C marketing experience
  • Agency or in-house agency experience
  • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar platforms

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.12 to $36.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
