This role is responsible for driving overall campaign management, timelines, day-to-day agency operations and ensuring the appropriate check points across the organization. This role will be essential in partnering with the Brand Team to organize across a variety of internal / external stakeholders to deploy campaigns both on time and in budget. The right team member will understand how to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, shifting timelines, while maintaining quality in output.

This role will be deep in the creative process and have a strong understanding of the agency landscape. They will work independently, moving fluidly within a fast-paced environment and be well-versed in project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management
    • Lead project delivery across multiple workstreams, inclusive of running workflow meetings, owning the project timeline and tracking the marketing budget
    • Owner of project health tracker, tracking progress against key milestones and identifying roadblocks across all workstreams
    • Responsible for team connectivity at the project-level, ensuring a steady flow of communication between groups
  • Agency Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Primary point of contact for agency partners at the project-level, coordinating timelines and key milestones
    • Track agency progress against scope, ensuring all workstreams are delivered to standards of excellence and adhere to aligned scope of work
    • In partnership with Procurement, responsible for project-level scoping and budget negotiations with agency partners, utilizing approved benchmarks
  • Ways of Working Adherence
    • Uphold standardized ways of working across projects, ensuring a consistent and repeatable workflow
    • Responsible for appropriate project documentation and organization for streamlined collaboration across internal and external groups
  • Annual Planning Coordination
    • Oversee annual planning timeline at the brand-level, working with teams and agency partners to track to key touchpoints and delivering quality presentations
  • Interaction across all areas and levels of the marketing organization and with our external agency partners. Day to day partnership at the junior/mid-level within the brand marketing organization. Liasson between the Brand team and the agencies.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience working in a similar CPG organization or advertising agency on large brands and portfolios.
  • Strong experience in developing and managing multiple project timelines and executions, delivering on time and within budget
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with an Integrated Agency Team (creative + media at minimum)
  • Must have experience in budget management and tracking
  • A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, from Brand Managers to C-Suite
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Proficient with project management methodologies and software (Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.)
  • Would like the person to have 3-5 years of Agency Management (Creative agency experience)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.97 to $54.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
