As a Senior Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of content experiences within the smart TV app. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead the end-to-end creative process, from concept to launch, ensuring seamless integration of innovative features that redefine how users discover and enjoy entertainment. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for content creation and a proven ability to navigate complex projects within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead creative explorations to achieve business objectives, developing actionable and scalable approaches.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, translating creative requirements into clear documentation to guide development and ensure feature alignment.
- Facilitate collaboration between design, engineering, content creative, and product teams to drive product content development.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute the development and production of innovative media formats, content types, and product features.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient execution.
- Develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), accurately assessing and forecasting budget requirements.
- Independently manage budgets and cultivate strong relationships with external agencies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Extensive experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Business.
- Deep understanding of content creation and production processes, with experience in a subscription services business model highly preferred.
- Innovative vision for product creative, leveraging user experience principles, storytelling, motion, sound, layout, and typography.
- Proven ability to build platforms and launch product features with minimal direction, working towards defined goals.
- Experience leading large cross-functional collaborations with internal and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, proactively anticipating and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Experience capturing and documenting content creative requirements to inform development and QA activities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with smart TV app features and content.
- Expertise in digital media design and immersive visual creative.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81.90 to $91.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
