Technical Writer / Blog Writer

Overview

As a Technical Blog Writer, you will be responsible for writing high-quality technical blogs for Entra. You will work closely with product marketing managers and SMEs to create content that is informative, engaging, and consistent with the brand’s voice and style.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write and edit technical blogs on topics related to Entra (8 products), including new features, product updates, best practices, and how these products can solve customer’s problems.
• Collaborate with PMMs and SMEs to gather information and insights for blog content, including interviewing SMEs and conducting research.
• Ensure consistency in voice, style, and formatting across all blogs.
• May assist with managing the editorial and publishing process, including copy editing, formatting, and scheduling posts.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical writing to IT professionals, such as IT pros, developers, etc and experience writing technical blogs (must have samples)
• Strong storytelling writing experience
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and publishing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience writing about Active Directory, Identity/Access Management and/or knowledge of Entra or related security products is preferred.
