Pay: $57-60 / hourly as W2, full benefits offered.
Length of contract: Approved for 2025, likely extension into 2026
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57-60 / hourly as a W2 employee.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.
Role Summary/Purpose:
Our client is continuing to build a world class Performance Marketing Organization committed to driving results with our retail and payments partners while also delivering leading customer experiences.
The change management consultant will work cross-functionally with various departments throughout the company to improve the way the company works.
This Consultant will also help to lead the development/implementation of new business processes and the reengineering of existing processes.
Essential Responsibilities (Roles and Responsibilities):
- Work with Process Champions across the organization to develop new, or re-engineer existing, processes.
- Expertise in change management practices including creation of change management framework constructs.
- Proficient in developing gap analysis and process road maps.
- Ability to identify opportunities with demonstrated proficiency for process simplification.
- Ability to communicate recommendations effectively with tools including slideshows, spreadsheets, documents, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate recommendations, progress, and outcomes.
- Work with SMEs to ensure that tools and associated processes related to change will fulfill the project requirements.
- Assist with creation of training materials for effective change management education and implementation.
- Assist with training of key stakeholders as it relates to the construct of a change management framework (roles and responsibilities referred could be subject to change).
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles.
- Assist with procedure and process updates where applicable.
Basic Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or technology, and/or 3+ years of experience in one of the following areas is required: budgeting, finance, statistics, risk management, process reengineering, internal controls, performance measurement, program/project management, or acquisition.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of business software is required (primarily Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point, and Visio).
- Must have excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills including the ability to present to Sr. Managers.
Desired Characteristics:
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Kanban
- Experience in Agile methodologies, processes and mindset
- Highly motivated, assertive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously or as a strong team participant
- Experience with coordinating across work streams and delivery areas.
- Business certifications i.e., Agile certifications, lean Six Sigma certifications
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and Credit Card/Consumer Finance products
