We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a leading global company in the consumer goods and commercial industry. In this impactful role, you will analyze complex business problems and leverage data to provide critical insights and recommendations for key decision-makers. By working cross-functionally with teams, you will help shape business strategies, validate key performance indicators, and deliver scalable data solutions that empower informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business challenges using data to deliver actionable insights.
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in datasets to build forecasts and recommendations.
- Create detailed specifications for reporting and data analysis based on business needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide consultation on data-driven solutions.
- Develop and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Develop SQL queries to support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing reporting.
- Monitor data quality, clean corrupt data, and ensure integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sustainable data solutions.
- Automate data processes and improve existing workflows to increase efficiency.
- Design and build innovative data solutions to support key business decisions.
- Communicate changes and insights clearly to business teams, translating complex data into actionable plans.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to develop queries for statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in working with large datasets and performing data mining to identify trends.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality control best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-volume data processing technologies or frameworks.
- Exposure to data automation or workflow improvement processes.
- Experience in consumer or commercial analytics.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and forecasting models.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.99 to $43.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
