About the Role:
As the Senior Product Manager for the mobile app, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product decisions, and ensuring alignment with overarching event strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and ensuring the app’s scalability and performance for large-scale events.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire product lifecycle of the mobile app, from initial concept to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and event operations teams to define and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to shape product decisions.
• Manage the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with event strategies and leveraging the latest mobile and cloud technologies, with a focus on a GenAI-first approach.
• Champion the integration of advanced technologies within the app, showcasing their practical application.
• Oversee app performance, security, and scalability to handle high-traffic events.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the app meets diverse event needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle of mobile applications.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to inform product decisions.
• Deep understanding of mobile and cloud technologies, including GenAI.
• Experience with high-traffic, large-scale applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $108 to $120 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
