As the Senior Data Analyst, OTE and Product Integrity, you’ll be responsible for enabling analytics capabilities and driving operational efficiency through data automation, reporting, and visualization. You will support critical Product Supply chain operations by creating self-service analytics tools, and enhancing data accuracy and insights.
In this role, you will also act as a key resource for addressing data challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring business stakeholders have access to reliable, actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, troubleshooting and enhancing existing tools.
- Address reporting and analytics backlogs, prioritize ad hoc requests, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Global Tech to resolve upstream system challenges that impact data quality and visualization.
- Automate manual data collection and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Curate metrics and KPIs to support business reviews and operational reporting.
- Provide scalable, self-service analytics solutions to empower stakeholders with easy access to insights.
Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL processes; familiarity with Alteryx, Python, or Databricks is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and supply chain operations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.39 to $49.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
