As a Project Manager within the Infrastructure & Operations PMO, you will lead complex, strategic technology programs and projects to successful completion. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across multiple domains, you will drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps. Your ability to navigate intricate technical landscapes, coupled with your exceptional communication and organizational skills, will be essential to your success.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently manage complex, strategic technology programs and projects.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects concurrently.
- Maintain timely and accurate records using various project management tools (e.g., Clarity, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Excel).
- Create project schedules, track deliverables, and manage risks and issues.
- Develop and deliver executive-level briefings on project status and key information.
- Analyze project plans, make recommendations, and drive decision-making.
- Proactively communicate project details, updates, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
- Review project artifacts, ensure content quality, and support risk management.
- Ensure adherence to corporate standards, including legal, compliance, and vendor management.
- Track and report on program and project-level activity and progress.
- Manage project implementation, resource allocation, and on-time delivery within budget.
- Coordinate governance meetings and adhere to internal controls and procedures.
- Facilitate meetings, create agendas, and publish minutes.
- Track and manage project documentation and action items.
- Clarify, track, and resolve project requirements and issues.
- Build consensus and develop solutions to address emerging challenges.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, technical degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of technical project management experience.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and MS Project.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- PMP certification.
- CSM certification.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Background in financial services or technology industry.
- Experience using Jira.
- Experience managing cloud projects.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.91 to $72.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
