This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, digitally-centric B2B performance marketing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Senior Digital Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining cross-channel customer journeys and marketing strategies to achieve critical business objectives. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, you will own the entire marketing strategy, from setting goals to reporting results to key stakeholders and leadership. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine customer-centric strategies for a holistic customer journey across a diverse product portfolio.
- Own the overall marketing strategy, encompassing the entire customer lifecycle.
- Lead the Commercial Integrated Marketing Pod, driving strategy, execution, and experimentation across performance marketing channels.
- Establish annual forecasts and goals, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Deliver regular performance reports and narratives to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with digital marketing channel leads (e.g., paid media, email, in-product) to optimize campaigns.
- Spearhead pilot programs to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer and business insights.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field AND 8+ years of integrated marketing experience (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in creating executive presentations and white papers.
- Demonstrated ability to build campaign strategies within various marketing channels (e.g., in-product, email) and drive execution.
- Strong customer focus with a proven ability to improve customer experience, gain efficiencies, and enhance performance.
- Experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking combined with a detail-oriented approach to ensure flawless execution.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field AND 8+ years integrated marketing experience or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.54 to $77.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
