Overview:

  • Lead a team of Digital Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute the company’s digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams to drive digital innovation.
  • Influence key stakeholders and manage relationships both internally and externally.
  • Develop and implement digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage digital techniques for maximum strategic impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product managers responsible for:
  • Creating and implementing digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Assessing external digital platforms and recommending potential partnerships.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage digital techniques for strategic impact.
  • Developing business cases and requirements for digital opportunities.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams to implement digital strategies and initiatives.
  • Incorporating customer and employee feedback into product features.
  • Developing and managing goals and key performance indicators.
  • Partnering with Marketing for product positioning and onboarding activities.
  • Understanding the digital landscape, including customer needs and industry trends.
  • Continuously assessing competitive moves and monitoring performance.
  • Presenting data, strategies, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prioritizing product requirements and coordinating release plans.
  • Serving as the primary business point of contact for implementation activities.
  • Guiding and directing complex projects and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of analysts responsible for:
  • Documenting business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Meeting with stakeholders to identify business, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Serving as the technical focal point for new system presentations.
  • Leading design sessions for new system functionality.
  • Developing and maintaining design documentation.
  • Improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
  • Recommending controls for system access and configuration management.
  • Analyzing existing systems and developing strategies for improvement.
  • Acting as a liaison to IT and Operations teams for change management.
  • Coordinating and performing in-depth tests for new and modified systems.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of financial services experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the digital space
  • People management experience
  • JIRA proficiency
  • Online and Mobile Conversion Experience
  • Product Management experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Program management and leadership experience
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience developing and executing strategic plans
  • Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and define requirements
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $73.49 to $81.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
