In this full-time, onsite role, you will provide comprehensive IT support to employees across all company locations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing support requests, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and courteous troubleshooting of hardware and software issues onsite and remotely.
- Efficiently manage incoming support requests via phone, ticketing system, email, and in-person interactions.
- Meticulously document, track, and monitor all problem/resolution activities in the tracking system.
- Install and configure essential PC software applications.
- Set up and configure new and existing desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide first and second-level support for computer upgrades and installations.
- Assist in hardware and software asset management and warranty repair processes.
- Contribute to the development of improved problem-solving techniques and support methods.
- Provide expert support for both PC and Mac environments.
- Offer technical support for meetings and presentations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in IT desktop support.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT support processes.
- Proficiency in both PC and Mac environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with hardware and software asset management.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26 to $29 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
