As a Growth Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of in-app messaging campaigns across a portfolio of media products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business, to ensure seamless campaign delivery and maximize user engagement. Your analytical skills and deep understanding of customer journeys will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy targeted customer journeys across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and continuous monitoring, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure operational integrity, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for customer journey orchestration, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of building and launching successful acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or ESP platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Experience with SQL is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and innovative mindset, with a willingness to embrace ambiguity and overcome challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for technology and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.89 to $58.77 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
