About the Role:
In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse team, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating seamless meetings and events. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be essential in preparing reports, managing expenses, and maintaining critical information. You will also contribute your advanced technical skills to create impactful presentations and manage data effectively. Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones.
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and process expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Produce, edit, and format documents and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Create visually compelling presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote, showcasing key information effectively.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel, analyzing data and generating reports.
- Manage and update department websites, shared drives, and SharePoint sites, ensuring information accessibility.
- Provide support to a large and diverse team, adapting to various management styles.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, and Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on requests to completion.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with budgets.
- Prior experience within a similar industry.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29 to $32 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
