The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for working closely with the team to develop and manage a broad range of marketing campaigns including agent education and content development, tracking progress, timelines, and overall project management. You should be familiar with B2B marketing concepts and marketing processes. You must understand legal/compliance review processes and preferably have experience working in online tools for review submissions, reviewing creative, and managing projects.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape agent communications and educational resources, directly impacting their effectiveness and the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects from inception to completion, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in marketing principles and project management will be essential to the success of these critical initiatives.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of agent-facing educational materials encompassing a comprehensive product portfolio.
  • Oversee the initial review of marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with campaign briefs and messaging frameworks.
  • Facilitate brand and compliance reviews of creative assets, including webinars, emails, web pages, and print materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal creative teams, legal and compliance departments, and business partners.
  • Meticulously manage project timelines to ensure timely launch of deliverables within election period campaign schedules.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five to seven years of demonstrable marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • A genuine passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Agency or in-house agency experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo).
  • Experience with email deployment platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Copywriting and creative editing experience.
  • Healthcare insurance or compliance experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.12 to $36.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
