The purpose of this team is supporting all consumer email campaigns for a large enterprise tech company.
This role will contribute to supporting the email campaign strategy for the product and application team, with a large focus on execution of email campaigns. The role will work with Go To Market partners on strategy and execution, and work with Integrated Marketing Campaign teams on creative and brand messaging for consumers. Then they will work with GTM to approve copy, then work in Figma to finish the visual design of the email and hand over to partner teams that will build in Adobe. The role will also make sure emails release on time, then report on campaigns afterwards. The role will support the entire email campaign lifecycle. Afterwards they will work with executives on the customer journey, creating summaries and Monthly Business Reviews for how their campaigns worked and performed. They will coordinate and work with legal and privacy teams, as well as brand and other key stakeholders to launch emails that are critical.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of various activities day to day consisting of the above. The role is very collaborative and will have many meetings throughout the week.
Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 9+ overall years of experience in the field.
The ideal resume would contain significant experience with consumer and email marketing. The best candidate is detail oriented, excellent at prioritization and collaboration, and a self-starter. Inquisitive and works well with change management.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 8 years experience with Creating and deploying Email marketing strategy and campaigns to consumers.
2. Minimum 5 years experience with designing campaigns in Figma (in depth design experience needed, not just editing).
3. Minimum 5 years experience with marketing for large enterprise companies.
Objective: Execute and optimize email campaigns. Product priorities may change as business priorities change:
1. Support all Paid email program efforts as directed by the Journey Lead.
2. Execute learning plan developed by journey lead as well as perform ongoing optimization
3. Create monthly summary slides for the journey leads around campaigns performance including reach, opens, clicks and GA’s
4. Maintain walking-deck and all-up campaign summary tracker of all campaigns for the fiscal including reach, CTR, and GA’s.
5. Reviewing each campaign for completeness, adherence to objectives, and projected impact
6. Coordinating approval process for each of the campaigns (Privacy, Legal, Brand and key stakeholders)
7. Coordinate with TCS on the creation of the campaigns as well as final approval prior to launch
8. Basic analytics for campaign performance (delivered, open and CTR, GA).
A portfolio with samples of previous work would be nice to see but is not required. The best portfolio would include examples of consumer marketing email campaigns.
Rate Details
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.41 to $64.90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
