This is a contract position offering a unique opportunity for a resourceful and driven Research Analyst to contribute to a leading audio brand. You will conduct primary research, manage vendors, analyze data, and synthesize insights that inform critical business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand and ad tracking surveys, ensuring alignment with campaigns and product launches.
  • Design, program, and analyze quantitative surveys, delivering timely reports.
  • Develop discussion guides and analyze qualitative research data.
  • Oversee vendor management, including onboarding, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
  • Develop RFPs and evaluate proposals from research agencies.
  • Synthesize youth and cultural trends, providing regular updates.
  • Create clear, actionable, and story-driven research reports.
  • Conduct social listening, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Support other teams in tracking earned media moments.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of market research experience, preferably with both agency and client-side experience.
  • Proven ability to design, program, and analyze quantitative surveys.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A natural curiosity and passion for uncovering consumer motivations.
  • Ability to quickly learn new methodologies, platforms, and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience writing qualitative screeners and discussion guides.
  • Proficiency in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet software commonly used for business and creative tasks.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.52 to $31.69 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
