You’ll play a key role in designing tools and creating seamless experiences that help creators streamline their operations and engage their audience.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to tackle complex design challenges, and the drive to push the boundaries of user experience. With a passion for designing tools that drive a fantastic creator experience, you will help set the design direction for key products while contributing to process improvements and team growth.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and execute design solutions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web-based user task flows.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback to refine designs and improve the user experience.
  • Support the overall design strategy and vision for content provider tools, ensuring a cohesive, world-class user experience.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of design experience, with a focus on content tools, enterprise software, or professional applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Keynote, Figma, Photoshop, presentation tools, etc.

  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, with a commitment to continuously learning and applying them.
  • Ability to balance competing demands, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Passion for creators, including tools that help our content providers succeed and improve user experience at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing business tools or software for professionals in complex industries.
  • Ability to design scalable, high-impact user experiences that meet the needs of both individual users and enterprise clients.
  • Experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams to iterate and improve design solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and requirements.
