Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product management activities supporting various lines across the business.
- Work closely with various functional areas to support and manage product design and marketing programs to achieve goals.
- Be involved in the development of marketing communications, product collateral and web content working with centralized marketing.
- Considers product gaps, key needs and industry trends.
- Develops business requirements and recommendations using analytics and competitive intelligence.
- Develops marketing strategies and implements marketing plans and tactics to support growth. Manages on-going product issues and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with and, in some cases, lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support Bank CMPAS products (including Deposit, Trust, and Credit Card).
- Manage day-to-day interactions with internal and external Agency Partners and oversee the creative development of client marketing communications.
- Report on marketing’s progress and socialize program results/learnings/implications with partners and colleagues
- Accountable for ensuring all marketing communications comply with regulatory
Skills:
- Familiar with compliance, DDC, publishing, creative processes
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Tableau.
- Must be optimistic, results-oriented, curious, innovative, and adaptable with the desire to help our clients and one another succeed.
- Enjoys taking ownership of projects.
- Able to work independently and comfortable providing recommendations.
- Some level of experience with data
- Knowledge of risk management products (annuities, long-term care, disability and term life) and their positioning preferred.
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to help identify and execute programs to meet strategic objectives
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree o 6-10 years experience
- Experience in financial services and/or insurance product management or marketing and/or an MBA is preferred but not required.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.04 to $72.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
