Become a strategic partner to our remote contact dealers in a designated region. In this dynamic role, you’ll drive sales growth and enhance dealer performance. You’ll act as a trusted consultant, collaborating on business plan development and implementation, while providing expertise in marketing, customer retention, financial analysis, and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Coach and consult with dealers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring overall dealership success.
  • Program Compliance & Policy Administration: Manage dealer adherence to company programs and effectively administer policies and procedures.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Assist in implementing dealer-level digital marketing and advertising campaigns, optimizing retail website performance, and increasing lead generation.
  • Market & Sales Analysis: Analyze dealer sales, local market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on specific sales opportunities.
  • Sales & Training Excellence: Conduct regular sales and training activities, including monthly remote contact customer meetings.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, services, customer demographics, and competitive market makes and models.
  • Problem Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Assist in resolving dealer and customer issues, coaching dealers on customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Data Analysis: Develop, maintain and analyze data sets to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Entry-level position; 2+ years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong time management skills, prioritizing high-impact activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with business partners.
  • Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a dealership or automotive industry.

 

 

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50k to $60k yearly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
