CX Product Designer

About the Role:

As a Consumer Experience Product Designer with Aquent Studios, you will be instrumental in delivering world-class user experiences for a wide range of digital products and services for one of our top pharma clients. Your work will directly impact how consumers interact with critical healthcare solutions, making a tangible difference in their lives. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of consumer experience within a dynamic and evolving industry.

You will be a key player in:

• Driving the unified user experience across diverse digital platforms.
• Contributing to all phases of product design, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
• Advocating for human-centered design principles within the organization.
• Defining and applying user-centric design measurement criteria to ensure positive results.
• Driving and documenting product design standards and patterns.
• Developing and implementing continuous customer relationships and UX design opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking processes to solve complex user experience challenges.
• Collaborate with product design leads, research, product, and engineering partners to build consumer-focused design solutions.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
• Create and maintain design systems and patterns.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team on process improvements and tool implementation to support those processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• A dynamic portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products.
• Experience with iterative design sprints and agile development processes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of design systems and human interface guidelines for iOS, Android, and other platforms.
• Experience with sketching, concept creation, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of web technologies such HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in filmmaking, motion design, or multimedia design.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or health technology industry.

Compensation Range: $65 -70/hr DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
