The Loyalty Partnership Manager plays a critical role in advancing airline and loyalty partnership initiatives that drive revenue, enhance guest loyalty, and ensure a seamless customer experience. As an individual contributor, this role supports the long-term strategy for air and loyalty partnerships, expanding opportunities for guests to engage with the Alaska brand.

This role is responsible for managing new partnership launches, expansions, issue resolution, and new feature rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and execution across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

�� Partnership Implementation & Project Management

  • Oversee the implementation of net-new partnerships, expansions, issue resolutions, and new feature launches related to partnerships.
  • Project manage partnership initiatives by gathering requirements, identifying stakeholders, and tracking actions to ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain workback plans and testing files for successful partnership launches.
  • Manage regular meeting cadences with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prioritization across initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, technology, finance, legal) to drive delivery timelines and execution.
  • Document key processes, workflows, and best practices to support operational efficiency.

�� Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management

  • Clearly communicate risks, issues, and blockers while leading resolution efforts.
  • Provide weekly status updates and track progress across multiple projects.
  • Send meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, driving accountability and process clarity.

�� Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, partnership operations, or business development within airline, loyalty, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Strong project management and implementation skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize complex information concisely.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving efficiency and accountability across teams.

�� Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the airline industry, loyalty programs, or e-commerce partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decision-making.
  • Experience working with external vendors and strategic partners.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.84 to $63.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
