About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and messaging for an innovative biometric identity solution that leverages palm recognition technology for seamless and secure authentication.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, managing launch assets, and driving go-to-market execution. This individual should have strong project management skills, experience in B2B marketing, and the ability to work with little to no direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging for website copy, sales enablement materials, and field marketing assets.
  • Product Launch Support: Own the creation of launch assets, including sales slides, marketing collateral, and promotional content.
  • Content Development: Work from existing strategy documents to craft impactful marketing materials.
  • Agency Collaboration: Partner with external agencies to produce video content and static images for marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with timelines and business goals.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or communications.
  • Strong B2B writing skills with the ability to create direct, concise messaging (no flowery language).
  • Proven experience in messaging development, project management, and product launch marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agency background is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Slack for communication and presentations.
  • Experience working with biometric identity technology (preferred but not required).

Disqualifiers

  • No prior Individual Contributor (IC) experience.
  • No experience working in tech or SaaS-based environments.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.27 to $50.31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
