Join our team as a Fleet Management Claims & Service Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our fleet management company partners. You’ll be responsible for managing claims, resolving service issues, and ensuring seamless customer support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of data and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Management: Process, validate, and approve global warranty claims from fleet management companies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Resolve service and billing complaints, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to fleet management partners.
  • Case Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage and track customer cases, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Service Call Support: Provide backup support for the service call center, handling incoming inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Data Management: Accurately document and record customer interactions, transactions, and claim details.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and handling challenging conversations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently1 and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional tasks as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience with data entry software.
  • Ability to learn and use Salesforce.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23 to $25 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
