The Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role is responsible for the management of all pharmacy layout design metrics under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout. Layout metrics are validated and maintained across all retail pharmacy locations to ensure they can support the workflow in each location based on script volume and customer interactions. The person in this role will be responsible for validating existing layout metrics across our fleet of 9K+ retail pharmacies. Validations will include accessing and analyzing CAD drawings and reviewing in-store camera to ensure all metrics are correct and updating as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience AutoCAD design software experience required
- 1+ years’ experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required
- Ability to analyze and interpret various sources of data.
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally with various in-house personnel, field management and various outside vendor representatives.
- Ability to follow clear, concise directions with minimal supervision.
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience working in a retail pharmacy
- 3+ years’ experience AutoCAD design software experience required
- 3+ years’ experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required
Education
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
