Responsibilities:

  • Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
  • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
  • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
  • Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
  • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
  • Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
  • Design, develop and implement a functional solution using our clients Platform.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security settings.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and automation, customize dashboards, views, and reports.
  • Ensure data quality, perform backups, and manage integrations and oversee data imports, exports, transformation and deduplication.
  • Resolve system issues and provide user support.
  • Implement system updates and new features.
  • Test and deploy patches, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document, publish and provide training for best practices and maintain system documentation and process guides.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
  • 10+ years experience required
  • Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. – Websphere, Informatica etc.)
  • Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end
  • Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC

Skills:

  • 4+ years D365 experience, at least 2 years as an Administrator with above responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience as a MS D365 Developer.
  • Power Platform Integration (Canvas apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience configuring and creating solutions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Experience integrating new D365 solutions with existing D365 solutions
  • Experience configuring managed connections
  • Understanding of customizing workflows and supporting integration with code.
  • Knowledge of customizations using JavaScript or Power Automate.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $95.79 to $106.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
