As a Marketing Manager within the O&O team, you will serve as the critical bridge between Owned & Operated and Audience Development teams, supporting communication and coordination of comprehensive GTM campaigns across multiple channels. Your core responsibilities include end-to-end project management, coordinating initial planning to final execution, maintaining detailed project timelines and documentation. You’ll coordinate Audience Development initiatives with various cross-functional teams including In-App Messaging, Outbound, Browse Home, and Landing Pages to ensure seamless campaign delivery. The role requires vigilant tracking of campaign requests, KPIs, proactive risk management, and maintaining consistent messaging across O&O and Audience Development initiatives. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with identifying operational inefficiencies within O&O channels and implementing new processes or tools to enhance overall performance and workflow optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage end-to-end campaign execution between O&O and Audience Development initiatives
- Create and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including In-App Messaging, Outbound, Browse Home and Landing Pages
- Track campaign KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks to campaign success
- Ensure alignment between O&O and Audience Development messaging and objectives
- Identify challenges within O&O channels, and onboard new processes/tools to improve operational efficiency
- Building an experience roadmap between two teams.
- Bridge the gap between the team to allow them to build better project roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital marketing or content marketing and performance marketing.
- Paid media or product marketing marketing experience required
- Bachelors degree in marketing or PM or related field.
- Proven track record managing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of content and performance marketing campaigns
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, JIRA) anything that is an intake process format.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Use search filters to query data and analyze
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience managing partner marketing programs
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Background in music or entertainment industries
Top 3 Must haves:
- 4+ years of digital marketing or content marketing and performance marketing.
- Paid media or product marketing experience required
- Bachelors degree in marketing or PM or related field.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, JIRA) anything that is an intake process format.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.324 to $40.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
