Software Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Tier Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As an integral part of our global creative, design, and technical staffing company, you will help drive the development of key applications, including Cloudwall, My Talent, and Custom Invoices.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular, jQuery, and Java Spring and be passionate about building high-quality software. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the full software development lifecycle, and work in an agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications using Angular, jQuery, and Java Spring.
• Work on high-impact projects such as Cloudwall, My Talent, and Custom Invoices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address and resolve product issues after hours, prioritizing critical outages.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and application performance.

Qualifications:

• Mid-level experience with Angular, jQuery, and Java Spring.
• Strong understanding of Python and experience working in an agile environment are a plus. (Training available for the right candidate)
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in production environments.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities during evenings or weekends as part of the rotation schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and other engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
