Business Analyst

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Will help with JIRA boards / stories, building decks and other materials for leadership, writing some requirements, among other things. 
• Developing written requirement for applications. 
• Participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing. 
• Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements. 
• Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products. 
• Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems. 
• Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing. 
• Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties. 

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience 
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience
• Proficiency in M365
• Preparing meeting materials – strong communication skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39 to $44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
