We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can fully align with our vision and flawlessly assist in the recruiting process from candidate interviewing through pre-employment for our leading automotive client.
Work ArrangementHybrid – This position is expected to report to either the Renaissance Center and/or Warren Technical Center at least three times per week.
The Role
The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Team is looking for a Coordinator who shares our client’s vision and interest in providing an exemplary customer service experience to our North American based candidates. Applicants who have a customer service focus, a passion for providing superb candidate care and always looking for new ways to improve or automate processes will be key to your success. Partnering with our Recruiters to deliver a candidate centric hiring experience requires expert judgment and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
- Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates
- Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results
- Communicate to recruiting team any challenges throughout the recruiting and pre-employment process
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Agility to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies
- Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills
- Minimum 3 years supporting recruiting activities (including interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication)
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience supporting high volume recruitment
- Comfortable working in Excel using formulas and filtering
- Bachelor’s degree
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 to $30. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
