Level/Experience preference

3-6 years of Program and Product management in an Agile environment, including familiarity with the overall Agile methodology
Proven experience in release management, system development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in tools and software used for planning and tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Smart Sheets, etc.).
High-level technical knowledge related to the implementation of digital products

Scope of work (day-to-day tasks)

Oversee the end-to-end release process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of system updates and enhancements.
Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to plan, schedule, and execute releases.
Manage release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and rollback procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for key initiatives.
Develop and maintain plans, timelines, and resource allocation for initiatives.
Track performance of initiatives, providing regular updates and status reports to leadership.
Identify opportunities to enhance release and execution processes, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-$60 per hour an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
