Graphic Designer - Hospitality and Real Estate

Our client is seeking an experienced graphic designer to join the hospitality team. Their hospitality avenues include but are not limited to golf, luxury hotels and spas, restaurants and events and more. The designer will be responsible for creating compelling images, reels, emails, ads etc. primarily for digital and online use.
Requirements:
- Elevated, refined design eye
- Passion for social media, understanding of social landscape and specs
- Understands the difference between paid and organic social media
- Basic video editing skills
- Fast learner with fast-paced work ethic
- Flexible, takes feedback gracefully, willing to make changes to work
- Experienced in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere (or another video editing program)
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and OneDrive a plus
- Experience with a luxury brand a plus
Tasks:
Organic Social (70%)
- Take strategic brief and fill in the creative blanks / pull relevant visual inspiration
- Collaborate with copywriter
- Design and export beautiful Instagram stories
- Pull assets from the DAM and crop into feed posts
- Select elevated stock assets when needed
- Edit phone footage / photos into captivating reels
Emails (20%)
- Pull assets from the DAM, pull stock images
- Collaborate with copywriter
- Design and export beautiful e-newsletters in InDesign
- Design and export GIFs / elements with motion
Paid Digital Marketing (5%)
- Design and export banner ads (not a large volume of these)
- Adjust social to reflect more urgency / add logos etc
Other (5%)
- Willing to jump into additional files like posters, flyers, invitations, etc.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 – $44/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
