As an extended team member supporting the unique needs associated with a brand marketing team
and the required processes aligned with the accelerated approval status of the brand. This includes the
coordination and oversight of all processes and procedures related to the promotional review process.
This position is responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, extended teams, agency partners, and marketing operations, to forecast the utilization of collaborative review time.
- Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Aid in the strategic prioritization and allocation of review time across the franchise.
- Ensure alignment with the overarching brand strategy by proactively identifying potential risks or obstacles that could impact project timelines.
- Support the business unit through the adoption of commercial model transformations, such as the implementation of One Review 2.0.
- Conduct thorough tracking and analysis of quality performance metrics related to the collaborative review process.
- Focus on identifying the root causes of quality issues, creating actionable plans for improvement and regularly present findings to leadership.
- Host weekly meetings for the franchise to facilitate knowledge sharing, disseminate important updates, and discuss key learnings among team members.
- Act as liaison between key stakeholders, marketing leaders and marketing team members to build efficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks in the project execution process.
Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats and/or WorkFront preferred
- Strong project management and strategic long-term planning experience.
- Strong collaboration skills and proficient in building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Accelerated Approval Regulatory Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience working on multiple projects at one time
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Experience in Pharma and / or Operations related field.
