Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Social Media Strategist to spearhead and elevate their social media initiatives, enhancing the brand presence during this pivotal time of global supply chain transformation.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and innovate within the company’s social media program, collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Social Media and Influencer Marketing to set strategic direction.
  •  Drive cross-functional collaboration with the broader Marketing team, including regional marketing leads, creative, video, customer marketing, content marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure strategic PR and social media alignment, consistency, and message accuracy.
  •  Strategically manage and expand our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.
  •  Write copy to support new daily posts.
  •  Daily engagement to build relationships and strengthen connections via social media.
  • Lead the development and execution of the monthly corporate social media calendar, ensuring comprehensive promotion of global events, webinars, surveys, new content assets, job postings, and other corporate news.
  •  Craft and oversee both proactive and reactive social media content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms, adhering to style and guidelines.
  •  Collaborate with the Creative and Video teams to produce innovative and visually compelling social graphics, animations, social storytelling and video production.
  • Direct the Social Media Ambassador program, Oktopost, and support executive social programs, managing content on the social media advocacy platform, conducting advanced training sessions for ambassadors, and ecognizing outstanding contributions through the MVP program.
  •  Proactively build social media event strategy and drive both pre, during and post social support for priority events.

What We Are Looking For:

  •  5+ years of proven experience in senior-level social media management and public relations, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic leadership and successful campaigns across major platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as design tools like Canva. Wrike experience a plus, but not required.
  • Strong expertise in social media management platforms.
  •  Deep experience in creative ideation for social content, ideally B2B content.
  •  Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives and global partners.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive initiatives across diverse teams and geographies.
  •  Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive projects to successful completion.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $50.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
