Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Product Marketing Manager to oversee and prioritize product, service, and product development initiatives that align with the company’s short- and long-term goals. This role will work collaboratively across departments to ensure marketing efforts are consistent with the strategic plan and drive maximum returns. The Product Marketing Manager will also conduct competitive research, develop marketing materials, and support internal and external communications to enhance the company’s overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

    • Establish product, service, and product development priorities to optimize short- and long-term returns.
    • Assess overall investments and resource allocation to ensure maximum value and results.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

    • Partner with other departments to align marketing initiatives with the strategic plan.
    • Ensure activities and priorities are consistent across teams and meet established goals.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights:

    • Conduct customer and competitive research to identify opportunities and ensure the company offers desirable products, services, and technical support.
    • Analyze pricing strategies to maximize total dollar returns across the product line.
  • New Opportunities & Development:

    • Research and identify new product and service opportunities that align with the company’s core competencies.
    • Support the launch of innovative solutions to meet market demands and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Support & Materials:

    • Develop and distribute marketing materials to support product and service sales, including for sister companies and distributors.
    • Ensure materials effectively communicate the value of offerings and drive sales success.
  • Internal Communications & Support:

    • Support internal communications, including marketing, training, motivational initiatives, and incentive development.
    • Promote alignment and engagement across teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify and implement procedures and systems to streamline marketing support functions.
    • Ensure marketing processes are efficient and effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, market research, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing materials and managing marketing support functions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.29 to $48.11 per hour. Final compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
