We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual for the role of eCommerce Project Manager I (Operations Management Systems Manager). This individual will oversee a team of analysts responsible for inventory and order flow operations, ensuring that data analysis and reporting are accurate and timely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain operations, database management, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for performance improvements. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where you will drive efficiencies, manage projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of analysts responsible for day-to-day inventory and order flow operations, ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, particularly in hold management, tracking progress and identifying areas for continuous refinement.
- Act as a subject matter expert in technical and operational flows, identifying root causes of issues and developing actionable plans for resolution.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of operational standards, documenting processes to ensure consistent implementation and optimization of systems.
- Represent the team on cross-functional calls, delivering clear, concise updates and action plans to stakeholders.
- Lead Peak Planning and Management, using organizational and analytical skills to predict and address challenges effectively.
- Ensure the team meets monthly shipping goals (MTD SHIP) and maintains Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards, proactively tracking performance metrics and addressing any potential obstacles.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain management or related fields.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Direct experience with relational database concepts, including the ability to merge and transfer files from multiple sources to generate reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to derive insights from data analysis and present actionable recommendations.
- Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience leading a team of 2 or more individuals, fostering growth and development within the team.
- Experience in KPI development, management, and performance benchmarking.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Strong background in database management and related tools.
- Ability to streamline and improve processes continuously, driving efficiencies across operational workflows.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.67 to $49.64 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
