Our leading Toronto-based retail client is seeking a Content Programs Manager to add to their team! This is a hybrid contract opportunity, offering full-time hours and requiring working Mondays & Tuesdays onsite in Toronto (Yonge & Eglington). The Programs Manager is responsible for establishing and executing omni-channel content marketing programs for company brands while creating a consistent and optimized customer journey. Working with channel owners in eCommerce, digital marketing, strategic marketing, brand marketing, print marketing, in-store marketing, and promo programs, this role works to develop high-performing content with a ‘create once, publish everywhere’ philosophy and ensuring a consistent experience for our customers across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities Include:
- Translate marketing objectives into results-driven, creative and inspiring omni-channel content and advertisement campaigns.
- Lead day-to-day communications with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, representing the content marketing team to the rest of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross functional groups and continuously find innovative ways to incorporate content across our channels and ensure a consistent customer journey.
- Execute marketing strategies and put it into action from conception to market, leveraging all capabilities of the creative and production teams to launch content for all marketing and digital channels (paid and owned).
- Manage requests from internal stakeholders, evaluate requirements and opportunities, and develop project briefs to onboard creative and production team members.
- Establish and manage project timelines, budget, and deliverables while providing stakeholders project status updates.
- Responsible for the delivery of creative content or advertising assets to the appropriate cross-functional teams (i.e. eComm, media, social) for final in-market implementation.
- Collaborate with cross functional marketing teams (i.e. strategic marketing, media, public relationships) as required on the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Measure creative results through data, providing insight and presenting reports to executives for larger creative campaigns.
- Responsible for chairing & leading meetings to present creative to internal stakeholders to share work, discuss feedback, advocate for the creative work as required, build consensus around next steps, and communicate results post-meeting to the project team (Creative Director, Designers, Writers, Producers, 3rd party as required)

Requirements:
- University education in business/commerce, marketing, or a related field is required.
- 5-10 years of experience working in account management, creative project management in an agency or other creative teams
- Experience managing programs for both digital and traditional marketing with an understanding in paid media, best practices and creative execution.
- Proven track record of success leading small and large creative programs across all media channels
- Expertise in: Microsoft Office, PM Tools and Workflow systems
- Experience with Wrike is an asset
