We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for the Americas (AMR) Region to create and deploy digital marketing assets and upload lead data in our backend systems (Marketo/SalesForce). This is a digital marketing operations role; this contract role will be an individual contributor and part of the AMR Regional Marketing Team, reporting to the Sr. Regional Digital Marketing Manager, and will also be working closely with the Digital Marketing Operations team and other members of the AMR Regional Marketing Team.
What the role will be doing:
Creating & Building Marketo emails and registration pages using pre-defined templates
Deploying Marketo email invitations to drive registrations to events (in-person and virtual)
Provide digital support for regional marketing conferences and events in AMR (creation of sign-in sheets, flyers, webinar troubleshooting, etc).
Updating event attendance information in Marketo to ensure data is complete and accurate for AMR regional events
Uploading leads captured at conferences and other 3rd party events into Marketo/Sales Force
Working collaboratively with the sales team to update and deploy digital marketing assets for local events
Report on success and performance for assigned campaigns and programs
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
3+ years of experience in a digital marketing operations role
Process-oriented with an extremely high attention to detail
Ability and willingness to turn digital support requests around quickly and accurately
Hands on-experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation technology
Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship building, teamwork and collaboration skills
Highly organized individual who can meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Capable of wearing many hats and evolving with the changing needs of the company and team while managing through ambiguity
Proficient in data retrieval skills
Embraces and applies constructive feedback
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft or Google productivity applications
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
