Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager/Traffic Manager to support our marketing team in processing Salesforce cases, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance. This individual will act as a compliance liaison and assist in project management (PM) for marketing campaigns, working across multiple teams to ensure timely execution and effective communication. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers (MMs), partners, and the compliance team to ensure all marketing initiatives meet standards and deadlines. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role requiring strong organizational skills, an ability to follow up aggressively, and an understanding of marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Case Processing: Manage, triage, and process Salesforce cases related to marketing tasks.
  • Content Proofing: Proofread and review blog content for quality assurance.
  • Task Management & Workflow: Use Asana to create, manage, and track tasks across teams, ensuring that all work flows smoothly from design to compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers (MMs), partners, content creators, and designers to ensure marketing projects are aligned with business objectives and timelines.
  • Compliance Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for compliance, ensuring all marketing materials and campaigns meet internal and regulatory standards.
  • Audit Preparation: Assist with annual audits, ensuring marketing materials and processes are aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Partner Collaboration: Communicate with stakeholders across 150 offices, tracking progress and providing feedback to maintain alignment with marketing goals.
  • Meetings and Communication: Attend internal meetings, take notes, and create tasks in Asana. Ensure clear communication and proactive follow-up on action items.
  • Marketing Plan Support: Assist Marketing Managers in implementing marketing plans, ensuring that tasks are completed according to the overall strategy.
  • Client-Facing Interactions: Support client services by providing marketing updates and managing requests.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in event planning and coordination as needed.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Asana is required (can train on Salesforce).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think quickly, be resourceful, and act proactively.
  • Time Management & Follow-Up: Ability to manage multiple tasks with aggressive follow-up and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Compliance & Legal Knowledge: Experience working with compliance teams to ensure marketing initiatives meet all necessary standards.
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (for internal documentation), and Outlook.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with basic Google Analytics and Excel for generating reports and tracking performance is preferred.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams, managing communication and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, adjusting to shifting priorities.

Desired Experience:

  • Asana Experience: Familiarity with setting up templates and improving processes in Asana is highly preferred, as there are numerous processes that could be optimized.
  • Marketing Experience: Experience working with marketing managers and understanding B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Client-Facing Roles: Exposure to client services or partner marketing, with the ability to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Social Media Support: While not a primary focus, any experience with social media management is a plus.

Team Overview:
You will be working within a 51-person marketing team responsible for investor marketing, client acquisition, and mass advertising. This team handles a broad range of activities, including partner marketing, PR, events, content creation, and video production. The role requires close interaction with Marketing Managers and other departments within integrated marketing, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance, and timely project completion.

Additional Notes:

  • Tools and Software: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • This role will support a variety of marketing initiatives, with a focus on ensuring compliance and streamlining workflow processes.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.00-43.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
