The Marketing Project Manager is a hub of Commercial Marketing’s planning and execution activities and is essential in building integrated programs. You will be responsible for orchestrating the setup and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as contributing toward repeatable processes that will allow for speed, agility, and efficiency. You may work with internal stakeholders and vendor partners across both global and regional teams.
We desire an individual who is passionate about working within processes, has an eye for detail, and can get projects across the finish line efficiently. You should enjoy staying one step ahead, while being flexible to pivot on a dime. You must be a clear communicator, enjoy building relationships, and champion teamwork.
What you will be doing:
- Develop project management plans for marketing campaigns, new and existing product initiatives, and promotional efforts
- Identify project requirements, dependencies, and develop schedules to meet timelines
- Partner with internal stakeholders and/or external vendors, when applicable to manage the planning and execution of complex programs
- Coordinate and manage expectations with integrated teams, ensure planning and realistic timelines for delivery based on overall resources available
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
- Proactively identify project risks and needed mitigation
- Monitor day-to-day activities of projects and ensure work is progressing as planned
- Coordinate in Workfron, Asana or other project management tool to manage, track and report
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
- 2 – 4 years experience in marketing-related team developing programs or materials
- 3 years of project management experience within a corporate marketing department, creative studio or agency
- Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
- Proven ability to drive projects at all levels in the company – on time, on scope, on budget.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and take collaborative approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate to find common ground and compromise solutions
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite and project management system
- Experience with digital asset management systems. Experience storing and tracking assets
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 – $38.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
