This role is to work within a manufacturing IT group called Vision as a Service (VAAS).
Task breakdown: Software development team, assign tasks, sprint planning, come up with user stories and the tasks they want to accomplish in the required timeline, set goals/milestones to reach for the development, software development cycle, daily stand up meetings to give updates. They will have group setting huddles, tech huddles, architecture discussions team environment, remote meetings.
Tech skills: Backend developer experience – Java, Springboot, Postgres systems. Experience in REST APIs and Micro Service architecture as well.
Candidates will have worked with enterprise applications, but also who have been on the leading end of the development. This role is ideal for someone who has been on the leading end who leads development, understands the architecture and can guide us rather than guiding them.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Nice to have – Master’s Degree
Exclusively looking for backend developer to integrate with the backend who built an application, not just working with features. Must have in depth experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
