Our client is seeking a freelancer Videographer/Graphic Designer to join their team on a temporary basis. This is 3 month contract to start, 40 hours a week, onsite in Bellevue 5 days a week.

Focus: 70% Video, 30% Graphic Design

Job Description:
The Videographer/Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure all visual content aligns with the firm’s brand style guide. This role will involve designing visual communications and creating engaging video content that supports firmwide initiatives, client engagement, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all internal and external publications comply with the firm’s brand style guide.
  • Design Projects: Develop and design visual communications for firmwide use, including ad campaign graphics, client onboarding infographics, and other required materials.
  • Presentation Materials:
    • Design and format PowerPoint presentations and other materials for external conferences (post-review by the Communications Specialist).
    • Draft materials for webinars and finalize formatting for proposals.
  • Video Production:
    • Create short-form videos in collaboration with the Marketing team.
    • Edit recorded webinars in partnership with the Events/Webinar Specialist for distribution.
  • Infographic Design: Produce client onboarding materials and other firm-specific infographics.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Work collaboratively with various departments to meet their visual and multimedia needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
    • Minimum: Associate degree with 3–4 years of experience in graphic design and video production.
  • Skills and Experience:

    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
    • Strong photography and videography skills, including capturing, editing, and producing visual content.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management.
    • Ability to format and finalize proposals, and create polished marketing and communication materials.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders and clients.
    • Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to oversee tasks from inception to completion.
    • Creative problem-solving skills to enhance design and video projects.
    • Quick decision-making and adept problem resolution under tight deadlines.
    • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
